Throughout her career, she has successfully built several sales divisions and launched multiple product lines, demonstrating exceptional strategic vision and commercial acumen.
Denise leveraged her marketing expertise to found Superfast Recruitment, transforming how recruitment and search companies use marketing to be successful.
As a thought leader in recruitment marketing, Denise created the industry’s first dedicated podcast, bringing cutting-edge strategies and insights to recruitment professionals globally.
This groundbreaking initiative has helped countless recruitment business owners and marketers change their talent acquisition and business development approaches.
Behind many prominent recruitment industry figures stands Denise’s exceptional writing talent. As a sought-after ghostwriter, she has crafted compelling content for leading voices in the sector, translating complex recruitment concepts into accessible, engaging narratives that resonate with clients and candidates.

When she’s not working, Denise is always learning something new to master another skill. Currently, she’s learning container gardening while writing three new books!

Sharon Newey brings extensive expertise as a top-performing saleswoman and former leader of high-growth sales and marketing teams who transitioned to training and coaching, where she discovered her true passion for developing others.
With over 30 years of experience as a performance coach, Sharon has built a remarkable track record of helping professionals reach their highest potential.
Since founding her successful training and marketing company in 2003, she has established herself as a qualified executive and performance coach, working with major clients including Mars, Booking.com, the NHS, Celgene, Mazzars, Amgen, and over 100 different recruitment business leaders, where she has consistently delivered transformative results.
As an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Sharon leverages powerful psychological techniques to help clients overcome limiting beliefs and develop new behavioural patterns for success.
Her credentials as an Accredited Social Style Trainer and Practitioner with the TRACOM group further enhance her ability to improve communication and collaboration in diverse business environments.
At Superfast Recruitment, she serves as the MD ,helping recruitment leaders navigate complex marketing, sales, and growth challenges through strategic guidance and practical implementation support.
Sharon’s approach combines analytical business acumen with emotional intelligence, allowing her to effectively work with business owners as their personal performance coach to achieve sustained success and meaningful transformation in their professional and personal lives.
When she’s not coaching business leaders, Sharon can be found hiking the Cumbrian fells with her walking boots and a flask of Earl Grey—minus milk, of course.
In summer, she’s brave enough to take the plunge into wild swimming spots across the Lake District and Scotland – though she firmly draws the line at winter dips!
