Your Website Ranking And Social Sharing

Every Recruitment Director we speak to wants their website to be at the top of the search engine rankings and easily found by candidates and new clients.

Not always an easy task is it ?

However, there is one strategy many people forget and that is the power of a social presence and how Google is now using this as a marker for ‘great’ content.

Though it isn’t all about how many followers and fans you have, or how many likes or shares you receive.

Getting your content validated is a good thing it shows that you are connecting with your audience by providing content that is of value and Google notices this.

The first step is to make sure you have visible social sharing icons that make it easy for people to use. The one you see on our website work with wordpress and are known as the Digg Digg plug-in. Maybe not the sexiest looking icon and yet from our own testing over the years the easiest to use.

Sharon covers all this and more in today’s video.

Useful? Good then please share and like; we appreciate it! 🙂
