Masterclass Recordings: How to Bounce Forward and Grow Your Recruitment Business This Year

Welcome to Episode 285 of The Recruitment Marketing and Sales podcast. [Excuse any typos; this is a brief transcription of the intro for this podcast.]

Today we have a special masterclass recording focusing on how to bounce forward and accelerate your growth this year.

This recording is the audio section of a webinar we ran about a year ago. When we titled this how to bounce back as time has moved on, I have called this bounce forward!

One of the reasons I wanted to share this with you today is over the past; I would say a month or so, we’ve been talking to a number of our clients within Superfast Circle who are part of a subgroup who set themselves impossible goals in 2021 to stretch themselves.

On a call this morning, we talked to two of them, who just happened; I am recording this in April, by the way, to have already achieved their impossible goal for Quarter 2 already!

Now bear in mind, they have over two months left of the quarter. These individuals have been students of ours for a while, and they do nail it by consistently following the various steps and processes that we give them.

If you want to elevate what you are doing and bounce forward, then we share many lessons within this recording.

We share some superb questions that you can ask yourself. If things are not going according to plan, and my suspicion is for some people, they are not, then listening to this will give you a real sense of where to focus.

There are nine questions we give you to ask yourself. In this podcast, we lay everything out for you, what you need to consider doing, how to plan over 30, 60, 90 180 days.

We will also give you some examples of some of the things that our clients have done that have been successful, and that means that you can do them too.
