We’ve covered bouncing back and bouncing forward. We’ve talked about how to launch a new product or service, and finally, I want to share one of our most popular masterclasses last year, which is the very hot topic of marketing automation.
As I always say to our clients – first, you must have some marketing in place before you can truly leverage the automation process; otherwise, you will be wasting a lot of time and money.
You must have an avatar, a business persona that you want to attract. You need to have some messaging, and you need to have a good offer.
Remember, when we are talking about automation, you have to have these things in place first. There are multiple marketing processes you can automate within your recruitment and staffing business.
In this podcast, we will share different parts of the marketing process that you can automate. From the prospect of using social media marketing and automating some elements of that to automating the way you interact with your clients and candidates and how you continue to add value and sell other parts of your recruiting service.
There are different people in your sphere of influence now.
- You have got people that you are working with who are paying you money.
- You will also have clients or candidates that are just on the edge of saying yes.
- You will also have people that are just getting to know you.
- Then ideal candidates or clients that don’t know you at all.
These four groups need a different approach and overall marketing strategy.
All these elements can be automated and are exactly what we are sharing in this training podcast.
