It wasn’t easy at first, with a few wrong turns before Paul started to build momentum as he became one of Teesside’s most respected financial recruitment companies.
Paul has always been innovative and wants to create a great life for himself, his family, and his employees.
He has a thriving team, and we first met him as he was about to recruit a marketer to help create the demand he wanted for his business.
